Polymechanic – Technical Clerk
Activities
- Processing spare parts, service, and maintenance orders from the offer, through order processing to the completion of the order
- Competent advice and support of the customer base
- Procurement of spare parts in cooperation with the service manager and service technicians
- Creating the necessary documentation such as test regulations and revision reports, training materials, and initial clarifications for conversions and new constructions
- Active maintenance and contact management with internal and external customers, partners, and organizations
- Logistics and scheduling of all goods within customer service
- Maintenance of order and master data in our ERP system
- Performing occasional on-call and troubleshooting assignments
Requirements
- Training as a mechanic or automation technician
- Several years of professional experience in mechanical engineering
- Ability to read diagrams (electrical, hydraulic) would be an advantage
- Advanced PC skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, database maintenance)
- Very good language skills in German / French or Italian are an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally
