We are currently looking for an ASSC to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of excellence in the care and support sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic and specific care to beneficiaries according to medical prescriptions.
• Support beneficiaries in daily life activities while respecting their autonomy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient follow-up.
• Participate in the development and implementation of individualised care plans.
• Ensure clear and compassionate communication with patients and their families.
• Support adult beneficiaries with disabilities in daily life tasks and in interventions specific to their personalised project.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Assistant in Care and Community Health (ASSC) recognised in Switzerland.
• Previous experience in a similar position is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a good listener.
• Ability to work in a team and manage stressful situations.
• Fluency in French; any other language is a plus.
• Kindness and empathy towards residents.
