Rail Service Employee with Office Duties (m/f/d) 80-100%
Maintenance and care – the rail service keeps the tracks running.
To strengthen our rail service team, we are looking for a committed individual for the Gränichen location to start immediately or by arrangement as a rail service employee with office duties.
Your tasks
- You take on the electronic recording and maintenance of data for operational equipment and asset management in various systems and support the time tracking of rail service employees
- You carry out maintenance and repair work on rail infrastructure, track systems, and points
- You work in embankment and greenery maintenance as well as in other areas of infrastructure
- You perform various tasks in civil engineering (drainage, embankment stabilisation, roads, paths, etc.)
- As safety officer and safety watchman RTE 20100, you undertake safety-relevant activities
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in a manual trade, preferably as a track builder EFZ / traffic route builder EFZ
- Several years of proven professional experience in the rail or construction industry
- Commercial or administrative training and/or proven professional experience in administrative tasks
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Driving licence category B mandatory, willingness to obtain category C (truck) and train driver A40
- Residence near the workplace, ability to reach the workplace within 30 minutes mandatory
- Very good physical condition, excellent vision and hearing, strong safety awareness
- Willingness for irregular work assignments: on-call duty, night and weekend work
