Your area of responsibility
- As a specialised professional in real estate management, you manage and develop the real estate portfolio of the LUKS Group at various locations and ensure a needs-based, economical and future-oriented use of the spaces
- You prepare real estate investment and object budgets, participate in rent and cost rent calculations and take on diverse tasks in projects. In addition, you support the development and continuation of the real estate strategy
- You support the operational day-to-day and project business as well as the organisational further development of the department. In doing so, you contribute to efficient, structured and transparent work processes and work closely with internal and external partners
- You accompany the lifecycle management of the properties and actively participate in the further development of the LUKS Group's mobility concept
Your experience
- You have training as a Technical Clerk, Business Economist HF or a comparable qualification. Further training in the real estate sector is an advantage
- Ideally, you already have experience in real estate management and have gained initial knowledge in project collaboration
- You have a good understanding of budgets, controlling and operational processes. In addition, you think analytically, networked and enjoy developing practical solutions
- Your team-oriented and service-oriented way of working as well as your enjoyment of exchange with different stakeholders complete your profile. Knowledge of SAP, experience in the public sector or in mobility management are an additional plus
