Construction Supervisor 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

As a construction supervisor in the mobile communications sector, you take on exciting projects from takeover to successful completion. You start by reviewing all project documents and closely coordinating the details with the clients. During the construction phase, you are the central contact person and lead the teams on site professionally.

Your tasks include:

• Conducting surveys, walk tests and kick-off meetings

• Monitoring all technical work such as system technology assembly, microwave radio installation and commissioning

• Ensuring occupational safety and accident prevention on all construction sites

• Continuous quality control throughout the entire project duration

• Preparation of complete project documentation including test and measurement results

• Final project acceptance together with the customer

Your area of operation is mainly in the Bern region, although supraregional assignments are also possible.

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed basic training in an electronic profession and already have practical experience in the mobile communications sector. You are familiar with the commissioning of mobile communications systems (e.g. Huawei, Ericsson).

Further requirements:

• Structured and independent working style with solution orientation

• Assertiveness and strong quality awareness

• Flexibility for supraregional assignments

• Freedom from vertigo and suitability for mast work at heights

• Strong customer orientation and teamwork skills

• Independent working with an eye for the big picture and the details

• Driving licence category B

• Confident handling of PC and digital tools
