We are looking for an empathetic and experienced person as of 1 August or by arrangement

Your main tasks

• Responsible for the needs-based planning, organisation and implementation of all training at secondary level II as well as tertiary level for around 50 apprentices and students in nursing professions and additionally in hospitality and facility management
• Personnel management of the 4 full-time vocational nursing trainers
• Close and solution-oriented collaboration with line managers
• Advising all internal and external stakeholders on educational matters
• Creation and implementation of guidelines, educational concepts and projects
• Representation of the Uster homes in the training cooperation Gesundheitsmeile Uster
• Organisation of career information events and representation of the Uster homes in public on educational matters

You bring with you

• Completed training as a nursing specialist at tertiary level
• Leadership strength and at least four years of experience in the field of training
• Professional certificate as a trainer (SVEB 2)
• Very good general as well as industry-specific knowledge of the educational landscape and the offered training curricula
• Experience in concept development and project management
• Consulting experience as well as target group-appropriate communication in a complex, interprofessional environment
• Great organisational and coordination talent
• High commitment to vocational education, resilience and ability to work in a team
• Confident German in spoken and written form, solid IT skills
