The Ingenbohl Monastery is the home of the Sisters of Mercy of the Holy Cross, part of an international congregation active worldwide in social works. Over 220 of the approximately 280 Swiss sisters live on the monastery hill. The monastery combines a retirement and a health center with Spitex and assisted living. We are commissioned to address a committed, visionary, and professionally skilled personality for the newly created position as Head of Health Center & Member of the Executive Board. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you lead your team (6 employees directly / approx. 9 employees indirectly) and are responsible for your area (outpatient services, assisted living, daily activities, and podiatry/hairdressing/therapy) in financial, organizational, and personnel matters. You share responsibility for the budget and the sustainable financial management of the health center. With foresight, you shape the area into a competence center for individual care and Spitin care with heart, thanks to your expertise and practical experience. This includes the implementation of concepts and operational projects. Participation in the overall management of the monastery's operations rounds off your responsibilities.
We are looking for an initiative, flexible, and empathetic personality with completed training in nursing or healthcare (HF/FH/equivalent), ideally complemented by business management qualifications. You have several years of leadership experience and convince with your solid know-how in care processes, quality assurance, health economics, and legislation. Your pronounced communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills distinguish you. You lead and promote your team in a motivating way. In this way, you create a working environment characterized by trust, professionalism, and appreciation. You identify with the community's values, have a good sense of the sisters' needs, and help further develop the monastery hill as a place of encounter and reflection.
We look forward to your application.
