Caretaker / Maintenance Specialist with SIBE

For our client, we are looking for a reliable and independent individual who will take responsibility for the maintenance and safety of the properties.

Your Tasks

• Ensuring the proper maintenance of buildings, surroundings, communal areas and outdoor facilities
• Independently carrying out minor repair and maintenance work
• Cleaning stairwells, communal areas, outdoor facilities and car parks
• Garden and green area maintenance as well as winter services
• Operation and monitoring of technical systems such as heating, ventilation, lifts and water treatment
• Coordination, instruction and supervision of external craftsmen and suppliers
• Organisation and control of waste and recycling disposal
• Conducting apartment handovers and returns including condition reports
• First point of contact for tenants regarding concerns, damages and malfunctions
• Key and access management
• Assuming the role of Safety Officer (SIBE) including implementation and monitoring of occupational safety and health protection
• Checking escape routes, fire protection equipment and emergency exits
• Maintaining maintenance logs, damage reports and property documentation

Your Profile

• Completed basic vocational training, e.g. electrician, carpenter, gardener, painter or EFZ as a Maintenance Specialist
• Several years of professional experience in property management, caretaking or maintenance
• Mandatory: completed training as a Safety Officer (SIBE) or corresponding SIBE certificate
• Good manual and technical skills
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Strong safety and sense of responsibility
• Driving licence category B
• Good oral and written German skills
• Confident use of MS Office
• Friendly and service-oriented demeanour
