Your tasks
- Regular inspection and assessment of properties and building infrastructure, including reporting of defects
- Carrying out minor repair work
- Accompanying and supervising internal and external suppliers and craftsmen
- Conducting quality checks in the areas of cleaning, building and security
- Contact person for the customer as well as receiving and processing customer orders
Your profile
- Completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) is mandatory
- Professional experience as a technical caretaker
- Sound technical basic knowledge in HVACSE (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical)
- Strong customer focus and service orientation
- Very good German skills as well as good user knowledge of MS Office
