To reinforce the Synechron Switzerland team, we are looking for a Technical Business Analyst experienced with Private Equity, Power BI and SQL. Our mission is for one of our clients, a Private Bank in Geneva.
Your responsibilities:
- Translating data into business insights, using impactful visualizations and storytelling to support decision-making across investment and operations teams.
- Prototyping Power BI dashboards in collaboration with investment and operations teams.
- Acting as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation.
- Specifying business requirements to ensure robust data pipelines feeding into Power BI
- Improving dashboard usability and UX, data quality, and relevance.
- Contributing ideas and process improvement to shape the future of the analytics platform.
Qualifications
Your profile and skills:
- You possess practical experience in Alternative Investments, ideally within private assets.
- You show strong skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
- You have a strong intuition for business needs and user-centric design.
- You show the ability to communicate, collaborate and build trust across teams.
- You possess an analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- You can easily work in English and French;
- You are a Swiss resident.
