• Leadership and coaching of subordinate employees based on target agreements, assignments, and deadlines
• Sale of UFA products and services to LANDI, animal owners, and other customer groups as well as sales and technical support for direct subordinates
• Implementation of marketing measures
• Maintaining good contacts with authorities, business partners, animal owner organizations, and customer groups, etc. in the area of responsibility
• Training and further education of LANDI employees in feed technology questions

• Basic training in the agricultural sector with further education as an agronomist FH/ETH or agricultural technician HF
• In-depth expertise in cattle husbandry
• Leadership personality with pronounced negotiation skills
• Experience in field service desired
