Are you ready to strengthen trust in the card business with us by uncovering and effectively stopping fraudulent activities together? Then join our Fraud Intelligence Team.
As a Fraud Analyst, you are responsible for analysing fraudulent transactions and developing targeted countermeasures to prevent fraud activities.
These are your tasks
- Analyse fraudulent transactions and identify new fraud trends
- Create and adjust rules in our fraud early warning system
- Prepare reports on fraud cases, trends and KPIs
- Manage Fraud Detection & Prevention (PRISMA)
- Fraud Incident Management during fraud attacks
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training (preferably commercial training) with proven professional experience
- Experience in debit and/or credit card business (preferably in the fraud area)
- Strong analytical skills with a sense for essential details and contexts
- Structured and careful working style with a high quality orientation
- Team-oriented personality with clear and professional communication
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
