Executive Assistant to Management & Board of Directors (a)
We are looking for you as a trustworthy and reliable person who supports our management and board of directors in this exciting and varied role in many organizational and administrative matters.
Your tasks
- Preparation, organization, and minute-taking of management and board meetings
- Support in organizing management and information events for employees at various locations
- Organization and assistance in the execution of events
- Appointment coordination for the board, management, and managing the CEO's calendar
- Handling correspondence, presentations, and documentation for management and board
- Assistance in property management including organizing tenant meetings
Your profile
- Commercial training and several years of experience in a comparable position
- Very good knowledge of Office programs and confident German skills, Italian skills are an advantage
- Precise and independent working style with process-oriented thinking
- Friendly and service-oriented personality, with the necessary confidentiality and discretion
- Confident manners, a neat appearance, and strong communication skills
- Flexibility regarding working hours for events and meetings
- Enjoyment in organizing and conducting events
