Customer Care Employee - (Temporary until 30.04.2027) - DE/IT/FR

Your Tasks:

• Telephone and multilingual advice to customers
• Receiving and processing various enquiries by phone
• Carrying out changes such as address updates or data adjustments
• Ensuring high service quality and professional communication

Your Profile:

• Completed basic education, Matura or equivalent qualification
• Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of Italian and French
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact as well as strong service and customer orientation
• Communicative, open and reliable personality
• High motivation and willingness to be fully available during the period 1 January to 30 April 2027
