What you accomplish
- You ensure quality telephone reception and inform clients on questions related to accident case management.
- In this role, you respond to client requests via various communication channels (telephone, email, mail, e-services, client portal).
- You update data and process incoming requests and documents (accident reports, incapacity certificates, etc.).
- You are committed to the continuous improvement of processes.
What you bring
- You have commercial training and/or a client relations agent qualification at CFC level and have initial professional experience in insurance.
- As a native French, German or Italian speaker, you speak a second national language fluently.
- As a friendly and service-oriented personality, you are very comfortable on the phone and enjoy client contact.
- You are proficient with information and communication technologies.
We initially offer a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract in case of mutual interest.
