Your Tasks:
- Together with a team colleague, you are responsible for an assigned area of responsibility and support, coach, and advise the line managers in all operational tasks related to the HR life cycle as a sparring partner.
- You accompany the line managers in personnel planning and recruitment and support change processes.
- You independently carry out HR administration in connection with entries, exits, and transitions for the assigned area of responsibility.
- You are responsible for occupational health management (BGM) including the associated concept.
- You participate in various HR projects and the development of HR tools.
- You contribute to the further development of standardization, optimization, and automation of processes.
