- Operate: You set up state-of-the-art production and extrusion plants for fibre optic cable manufacturing and operate them independently.
- Monitor: You control the complex manufacturing processes and ensure the continuous supply of raw materials.
- Quality: You continuously perform quality checks and precision measurements on the running cable.
- Maintenance: Thanks to your mechanical knowledge, you resolve minor malfunctions yourself and assist with maintenance work.
- Record: You document production data and material consumption accurately in the system.
- Training: Completed basic mechanical training (e.g. Production Mechanic EFZ, Polymechanic EFZ, Automotive Specialist EFZ, Mechanical Practitioner EBA) or an apprenticeship as a Plant Operator EFZ with a strong mechanical flair.
- Experience: Ideally, you already have experience in machine operation (extrusion, winding technology or cable production).
- Working Method: You work extremely precisely, with quality awareness and have a high technical understanding of delicate materials.
- Flexibility: You are willing to work in a regulated shift system [e.g. 2-shift / 3-shift / 4-shift].
- Language: You have good German skills in spoken and written form (for operating the touch panels and documentation).
