Operations Mechanic 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Carrying out maintenance, servicing and repair work on modern production systems and manufacturing equipment

• Diagnosing faults and sources of error as well as quick and effective problem solving to minimise production downtime

• Preventive maintenance through regular inspections and scheduled servicing

• Performing mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic work on machines and systems

• Replacing and repairing wear parts, components and assemblies

• Active participation in new installations, conversions and the integration of new system components

• Contributing to the continuous optimisation of production processes and bringing in own improvement suggestions

• Documenting completed work, faults and repairs in the company systems

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training (EFZ) in a mechanical field

• Several years of professional experience in industrial plant maintenance or in the servicing of production systems

• Sound knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics

• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering is an advantage

• Willingness to work in a two-shift system and on-call duty

• Independent, structured and precise way of working with a high awareness of quality

• Reliability, flexibility and commitment even in urgent situations

• Willingness for continuous further training and acquisition of new technical knowledge
