Your area of responsibility:
- Customer consultation and joint development of individual solutions
- Independent planning and coordination of timber construction projects
- Control of costs, deadlines and quality
- Quotation management
- Careful project documentation
- Supervision of projects on site during execution
- Close collaboration within the team, with customers, planners and other project partners
You bring with you:
- Training as a carpenter EFZ
- Further education as a technician HF, timber construction foreman, timber construction master, site manager (comparable qualification is an advantage)
- Experience in using MS Office and CAD (Cadwork) is an advantage
- Independent, structured, responsible and reliable working style
- Creative, communicative personality who values direct contact with customers
- Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented approach
