ICT System Engineer Network

• Operate, control, monitor, and maintain ICT services (WAN, LAN, WLAN, Proxy) for operational use in heterogeneous environments
• Operate, maintain, renew, and monitor the network LAN, WAN, firewall, and communication infrastructure (Cisco, Palo Alto FW)
• Participate in the IT migration project RUAG Real Estate
• Deputize for the existing network specialist
• Responsible for the assessment, planning, and execution of changes

• Degree in computer science FH/HF or an equivalent qualification
• Solid experience in the design, setup, operation, and third-level support of IT infrastructures and understanding of the dependencies between the various components within a large IT infrastructure
• Further training and several years of professional experience in Cisco network technology (CCNP certification is an advantage)
• In-depth knowledge in the firewall area
• You have excellent German (spoken and written) and technical English skills
• Self-organization, customer- and solution-oriented, team player who accepts challenges, coordinates them, and follows through to completion
• Motivating and likeable personality both towards stakeholders and colleagues
• Driver's license category B
