Polymechanic – Service Technician with Travel Duties and Customer Contact

Tasks

Repair and maintenance of the lapping and flat honing machines we manufacture
on site at the customer
Carrying out overhauls on assemblies
Assisting with assembly work in-house
Compiling maintenance work for follow-up assignments

Requirements

Mechanical or technical basic training
Experience as a service technician is an advantage
Willingness to travel (approx. 60%), usually travelling alone
Possession of a driving licence, category B
Good German and English skills as well as basic knowledge of French are an advantage
Independent, resilient and flexible personality who efficiently solves newly posed
challenges
