Trainee Train Driver 100%

As a train driver at Thurbo, you will bring our passengers safely and punctually to their destination on the 658-kilometre network. This means responsibility, variety and probably the most beautiful workplace in the Thurbo area. It gets interesting regarding the rolling stock. State-of-the-art technology awaits you. The new Flirt Evo are gradually replacing the GTW generation vehicles.

• After successfully completing the 11-month training, you will operate our regional trains throughout Eastern Switzerland.
• You will bring our passengers safely, punctually and comfortably to their destination and ensure customer information.
• You know the technical and operational requirements. In case of irregularities, you initiate targeted measures.

• You have completed a three- or four-year vocational training or obtained the Matura.
• You are between 22 and 47 years old.
• You appreciate working irregular hours and have a clean criminal record.
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• You are responsible, conscientious and enjoy working with people and technology.
