We are looking for a certified nursing professional HF/FH as Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d) for a state-of-the-art and renowned nursing home in the canton of Aargau, starting immediately.
Responsibilities
- You support the ward manager in all professional, personnel, and administrative leadership tasks
- You share responsibility for implementing innovations and contribute ideas for quality improvement
- Together with your team, you ensure smooth nursing processes and compliance with quality standards
- Administrative and interdisciplinary activities complete your exciting and responsible role
Requirements
- To successfully manage this responsible role, you need a completed professional training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
- Ideally, you have professional experience in acute care or a rehabilitation clinic
- You are ready to take co-responsibility in leadership work and enjoy further development
