Payroll Specialist 80% - 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Payroll administration with SAP HCM S/4: administrative processing of entries and exits, maintenance of personnel master data, recording of variable changes
- Verification and processing of daily allowances (UVG, KTG, EO, IV, etc.), withholding taxes and family allowances
- Collaboration in year-end processing and annual social insurance declarations
- Preparation of statistics, evaluations and reports
- Assumption of further administrative HR activities as well as contact person for HR administrative concerns
- Collaboration in the optimisation and further development of HR and payroll processes including documentation
Your profile
- Commercial basic training with further education in the payroll or HR field (social insurance specialist certificate, HR specialist certificate)
- Several years of professional experience in payroll and/or social insurance environment is mandatory
- Very good knowledge of German
- Confident handling of IT applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Precise, structured and independent way of working combined with a high service orientation and discretion
- Resilience and confidence in dealing with recurring monthly deadlines
- Open-minded, communicative and team-oriented personality
