Tasks
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
- Handle phone requests, back-office tasks, and customer processes.
- Provide knowledgeable advice and quickly address customer needs.
Skills
- You have completed an EFZ/EBA education or equivalent and have customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy direct customer contact.
- Strong MS Office skills and proficiency in German and French.

Your Tasks
- You are the hub of our service-oriented center and act as the central contact person for our customers
- Your responsibilities range from answering telephone inquiries to back-office tasks to independently handling customer-oriented processes using modern communication tools
- You take the concerns of our customers seriously, quickly recognize their needs, and inspire them with your committed and expert advice
What You Bring
- You have completed basic training EFZ/EBA or a comparable qualification and have already gained experience in customer consulting
- You enjoy direct customer contact and score with your excellent communication skills
- Your working style is characterized by accuracy and independence, and you have excellent knowledge of MS Office
- You have good German and French skills in spoken and written form, which ideally complement your profile.
