For our new store in Zurich's Niederdorf, we are looking for you: a charismatic, open personality with a sense of style, leadership, and customer experience – ideally with a connection to Zurich.
Your mission
You make the store a place where customers not only shop – but like to stay, come back, and recommend RRREVOLVE.
Your tasks
- Lead & develop the team: You provide clear direction, coach at the POS, motivate, and build a strong team.
- Store experience & visuals: You ensure an inspiring appearance – sales area, order, product presentation, and window displays.
- You actively and seasonally support inventory management: reorder bestsellers, handle slow seller returns, and provide important input to purchasing regarding customer wishes.
- Campaigns & local activations: You implement POS campaigns and bring ideas for Basel – collaborations, community, events.
- Customer concerns: You handle complaints professionally and document them thoroughly.
- Keep processes under control: goods receipt, inventory, cash management – structured, reliable, on point.
What you bring
- Training in retail, ideally with a focus on fashion/lifestyle.
- Experience as a branch manager / store manager
- Sales flair, confident appearance, and genuine joy in dealing with people.
- Sense of style, quality, and presentation; you have an eye for details and the entire store.
- Interest in sustainability (materials, production, labels – you don’t have to know everything but want to learn).
- Very good German, good English; additional languages are a plus.
- Good MS Office skills and technical understanding.
- You are flexible, reliable, and like change – because retail is alive.
