Responsibilities

• Leadership, planning and promotion of a team of up to 25 employees in the warehouse area
• Responsibility for an efficient and trouble-free warehouse operation as well as active participation in day-to-day business
• Conducting location and development discussions to specifically promote employees
• Co-responsibility for the implementation and compliance with occupational safety and health protection standards
• Further development and optimisation of processes and procedures
• Assuming the deputy role of the logistics manager and supporting higher-level management tasks

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable logistics environment
• Several years of experience in managing employees
• Knowledge and experience in handling wood-based materials is an advantage
• Solution-oriented working style with a strong customer focus
• Communicative and empathetic personality
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
