The Vivalys School is a private school within the Educalis group, which brings together a school, three childcare centres, holiday camps, and a running club for children.
Located in Ecublens, just a stone's throw from EPFL, the Vivalys School welcomes children from 3 years old up to 7th HarmoS grade.
The teaching provided focuses on the fundamentals while placing particular emphasis on sports disciplines, languages, and other extracurricular workshops.
The after-school care allows families to easily balance professional and family life. The care offered (mornings, lunchtimes, evenings) enables enrolled children to participate, under the guidance of a dedicated team of facilitators, in a variety of fun activities tailored to each child, all within a coherent and innovative educational continuity.
As part of our development, we are looking for a:
After-school Activities Facilitator (M/F) at 58.75% (23.50 hours over 5 days)
Your duties:
You will work under the direct supervision of the after-school care educational manager. In the course of daily activities, the person we are looking for will need to:
- Commit long-term to the School and fully embrace the values it upholds.
- Be capable of proposing, supervising, and leading daily activities during after-school hours for pupils from 1st to 7th HarmoS year (4-12 years old).
- Maintain cordial and caring relationships with parents.
- Be proactive, able to question and improve their professional practices.
Your hours:
- Monday: 11:45-13:30 / 15:30-18:00
- Tuesday: 11:45-13:30 / 15:30-18:00
- Wednesday: 11:30-18:00
- Thursday: 11:45-13:30 / 15:30-18:00
- Friday: 11:45-13:30 / 15:30-18:00
Annualised salary based on school weeks - excluding school holidays (leave).
Mandatory requirements:
- Recognised diploma in childhood/early childhood (CFC ASE, EDE ES, HES or equivalent obtained from SEFRI)
- Significant experience with children (education, youth work, sport, etc.)
- Swiss citizenship or valid residence permit.
- Clean criminal record and special criminal record.
