Tasks
- Program, set up, and monitor all machines in production.
- Produce turning parts with a focus on quality and quantity.
- Maintain and service all machines for optimal performance.
Skills
- Completed training as a Polymechaniker or Produktionsmechaniker required.
- Experience in CNC long turning is essential.
- Fluent in German and/or French; other languages are a plus.

SETTER / CNC LONG TURNER (DECOLLETEUR) (M/F) - 80–100%
- Programming, setting up and monitoring all machines
- Producing turned parts on machines
- Ensuring quality and quantity in production
- Maintaining and servicing the machine park
- Performing and recording SPC measurements
- Maintenance of all machines
- On-time delivery of parts
- Completed training as a polymechanic / production mechanic
- Experience in long turning (CNC)
- Ability to work in a team composed of several nationalities with different qualification levels
- Team-oriented
Very good knowledge of German and/or French for Grenchen
Very good knowledge of French for Moutier and Boncourt.
All other languages are an advantage.
