You will advise national and international companies in a dynamic and innovative environment and support clients with the legal challenges of digital transformation.

Your responsibilities include:
- Advising Swiss and international companies in the areas of intellectual property, technology, digitalisation, artificial intelligence and innovation
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts in the areas of technology, software, data, licensing, research & development, AI solutions and digital business models
- Legal support for technology-related projects, commercial contracts and transactions
- Assisting in the development and implementation of strategies for the protection, utilisation and enforcement of intellectual property rights
- Supporting legal issues related to new technologies, digital platforms, data usage and artificial intelligence
- Close collaboration with colleagues from our global Baker McKenzie network as well as participation in national and international business development initiatives.
As excellent client service is our top priority, the ability to provide clear, practical and commercially oriented advice is of particular importance.
Furthermore, all team members take an active role in the further development of client relationships and business development activities.

In close cooperation with our global network, we offer practical and commercially oriented solutions for companies from a wide range of industries, including life sciences, technology, consumer goods, financial services and industry.
What you bring:
- Above-average law degree and Swiss bar admission
- Strong interest in intellectual property, technology, digitalisation, artificial intelligence and innovation
- Ability to analyse complex legal and economic issues and develop practical solutions
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Enjoyment of direct client contact as well as working in international teams Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in business development
