As part of our partnership, we manage the "Food-Stoffi" catering facilities across four floors. On the ground floor, we offer a diverse meeting point & gathering place with a cafeteria and Grab'n'Go options. The first floor features a self-service restaurant with a needs-based offering ranging from budget to soul food menus. The second floor provides additional seating. Daily, we produce up to 350 high-quality meals and offer around 320 seats for guests to enjoy.
In addition to the daily offerings, we also take care of internal and external catering. We place great importance on freshly prepared dishes on-site, made with regional and ecologically sensible ingredients.
Your area of responsibility:
Support in the management and organization of the entire kitchen area in cooperation with the head chef:Ensuring the high quality of the dishes Production of dishes at the assigned stationAssistance with quarterly inventory and ordering tasksCompletion of general cleaning and tidying tasksEnsuring ZFV quality and service standardsImplementation and assurance of quality standards and ZFV guidelines (hygiene and occupational safety, service, etc.)Your strengths:
- Completed vocational training as a cook: EFZ
- 8 years of professional experience in gastronomy / hospitality
- Kitchen experience in all positions in the kitchen is a must
- Very good oral and written German skills
