Revenue Manager 60% - 100% (m/f/d)

Your daily work

• Responsibility for pricing strategy, inventory control, and optimal occupancy
• Development and implementation of dynamic pricing and sales concepts based on market, demand, and competitor analyses
• Analysis of relevant KPIs, identification of trends, and derivation of concrete optimization measures
• Budgeting, forecasting, and regular reporting to management
• Management of distribution channels and ensuring correct rate and content maintenance
• Development of measures to increase demand, conversion, and profitability
• Collaboration with Sales, Front Office, and Marketing to strengthen overall performance

What we expect from you

• Completed training or studies in hospitality, business administration, or comparable
• 3–5 years of experience in revenue management, ideally in city or chain hotels
• Analytical thinking, structured working method, and strong numerical understanding
• Very good communication skills in German and English
• Solid knowledge of common RMS, PMS, and channel management systems
• Resilient, flexible, and accustomed to setting clear priorities in a dynamic environment
• Confident appearance and professional cooperation with internal stakeholders
