Revenue Manager 60% - 100% (m/f/d)
Your daily work
- Responsibility for pricing strategy, inventory control, and optimal occupancy
- Development and implementation of dynamic pricing and sales concepts based on market, demand, and competitor analyses
- Analysis of relevant KPIs, identification of trends, and derivation of concrete optimization measures
- Budgeting, forecasting, and regular reporting to management
- Management of distribution channels and ensuring correct rate and content maintenance
- Development of measures to increase demand, conversion, and profitability
- Collaboration with Sales, Front Office, and Marketing to strengthen overall performance
What we expect from you
- Completed training or studies in hospitality, business administration, or comparable
- 3–5 years of experience in revenue management, ideally in city or chain hotels
- Analytical thinking, structured working method, and strong numerical understanding
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Solid knowledge of common RMS, PMS, and channel management systems
- Resilient, flexible, and accustomed to setting clear priorities in a dynamic environment
- Confident appearance and professional cooperation with internal stakeholders
