Maintenance Automation Technician (m/f/d)
Role:
You are responsible for the technical operational safety and maximum availability of state-of-the-art production facilities. Your focus is on rapid fault rectification and the continuous optimisation of complex control systems.
Responsibilities:
Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance measures (inspection, servicing and fault rectification)
Ensuring plant availability through on-call duty and shift work
Programming and optimisation of PLC systems for plant control
Collaboration and technical sub-project management in conversions, optimisations (CIP) and investment projects
Active support of maximum availability, safety and preservation of value of operating resources
Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge in control and regulation technology (e.g. PLC programming)
Experience with electrical circuit diagrams and construction drawings
Basic knowledge in mechanics and pneumatics
Proven analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills
Willingness to work shifts and possession of a category B driving licence
