We are looking for an exciting personality as Chef de Partie 100%
The first tibits in French-speaking Switzerland is looking for team members for our gem located in the iconic Buffet de la Gare de Lausanne.
Every day, we prepare high-quality food with a lot of love in our kitchen and thus inspire our guests. Be part of the story of our success!
Your responsibilities:
- All around the buffet, you ensure a high level of quality as well as an attractive presentation of the offer and inform our guests about our products.
- You will be able to excite our guests with our fresh and tasty dishes.
- Operational responsibility of the kitchen during your shift
- Professional leadership and support of 4 to 6 employees during the work shift
- Coaching and participation in the development of production employees
- Active participation in the kitchen
- Implementation and control of quality and hygiene regulations
Who you are:
A motivated, quality-conscious, and conscientious personality. You have recognized professional training in cooking as well as a minimum of three years of leadership experience in a similar role. Your passion is cooking and you enjoy taking on daily challenges with your team.
