- You take over the professional and personnel management of the coding department and competently support the clinics in coding-related issues
- With your expert view, you further develop coding processes, code inpatient cases from all specialist areas and drive cross-departmental projects forward
- You actively participate in quality assurance and ensure complete, timely and audit-proof coding
This is what you bring with you
- Several years of experience as a medical coder or comparable qualification (medical documentation assistant, documentalist or coding specialist) in a hospital environment – ideally with a Swiss federal certificate
- Experience in leading teams or a clear willingness to develop further in this area
- Sound knowledge in medical controlling and relevant coding systems
- Strong communication skills, high reliability and initiative
