Job Description
- Admission and recording of surgery registrations in the IT system
- Creation and dispatch of the surgery schedule, consultation with the surgeon if necessary
- Coordination of the anaesthesia consultation
- Bed planning according to planning specifications
- Telephone patient call-up on the day before the operation
- Contact with attending physicians regarding free operating room quotas
- Contact with attending physicians regarding holiday entries
- Obtaining cost approvals
- Participation in the training of new employees
- Other administrative tasks
- Regular participation in meetings
Qualifications
- Independence, reliability and precise working method
- Teamwork, sense of responsibility and flexibility
- Medical education or further training
- Completed medical training or equivalent further education
- Professional experience in patient scheduling in a hospital, health insurance or a comparable environment
- Very good German skills, additional language skills are an advantage
- Good computer skills are required (Office)
- A neat appearance, very good manners and resilience
