Quality Manager 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

As a quality manager, you take on a central role in ensuring and continuously developing our quality, environmental, and energy management systems.

• You take responsibility for quality, environmental, and energy management according to ISO 9001, EN 15085, and ISO 14001

• You continuously develop processes, standards, and QM documentation and take care of maintaining the QM software tools

• You plan and conduct internal and external audits and work closely with certification bodies

• You analyse key figures, complaints, and risks and derive concrete improvement measures from them

• You train and support the specialist departments and actively accompany Lean and 5S initiatives

• Together with the QSU committee, you set the goals for environmental and energy management and lead this committee

• Optionally, you have the opportunity to take on the role of the safety officer (SiBe)

What do I need to be successful?

To be successful in this position, you bring the following qualifications and characteristics:

• Completed studies in engineering or quality management

• Several years of experience in quality management, ideally in an industrial environment

• Very good knowledge of the relevant standards (ISO 9001, EN 15085, ISO 14001)

• Experience in building and further developing QM systems

• Practical experience with internal and external audits as well as QM methods such as FMEA, KPIs, and process modelling

• Structured and analytical way of working with high personal responsibility and assertiveness

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration

• Very good German skills and good English skills

• Confident handling of MS Office
