Introduction

We are looking for armed Auxiliary Security Guards to strengthen our teams in Switzerland. You will contribute to the safety of people, property, and infrastructure by ensuring a professional, attentive, and reassuring presence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the surveillance and control of assigned sites, buildings, and facilities.
• Conduct security rounds and control access.
• Welcome, guide, and inform visitors courteously.
• Prevent incidents and intervene according to current procedures.
• Manage emergency situations and relay necessary information to competent persons.
• Write activity reports and report any anomalies observed.
• Collaborate with teams, clients, and emergency services.

Qualifications

• Experience in security, surveillance, reception, or customer service is an asset.
• Valid Swiss firearm permit (PPA) mandatory.
• Good physical condition and ability to remain attentive for long periods.
• Excellent presentation, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
• Fluency in spoken and written French; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for variable hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Regular administrative status and valid work authorisation in Switzerland.
• Criminal record compatible with the activity and ability to meet Swiss regulatory requirements.
