Tasks
- Fachliche Führung der Aufsichten to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure Sicherheit der Ausstellungsexponate and general museum safety.
- Act as the erste Ansprechperson for any disturbances or issues.
Skills
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung and experience in personnel planning preferred.
- Excellent communication in Deutsch and good knowledge of Englisch and Französisch.
- High flexibility and strong service orientation required.

- Responsible for the safety of exhibition exhibits as well as the general museum operations in the exhibition halls
- First point of contact in museum operations for disruptions and problems
- Responsible for conducting the daily briefing and its content
- Support in scheduling supervisory staff for events
- Completed vocational training and experience in personnel planning advantageous
- Work experience in the service sector and affinity for art
- Willingness to work irregular hours (weekends / evenings)
