What is my role?

• You ensure that incoming goods are processed quickly and accurately, check quantities and quality according to our internal guidelines, and record when something is not right

• You are the right hand of the team leader in goods receipt and ensure that everything runs smoothly in daily business

• Organising the daily schedule, distributing tasks within the team, and coordinating with colleagues and external partners are part of your daily routine

• You also take care of administrative matters such as truck notifications, planning container unloadings, managing the email inbox, and maintaining important master data

• When things get busy, you pitch in at goods receipt yourself and also assist with other operational tasks

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ and know from practical experience how things work in goods receipt or a similar logistics environment

• You can express yourself well in German and manage to convey information so that everyone understands it - whether colleague or supplier

• SAP and WAMAS are not foreign words to you, and you are also comfortable with Outlook and Excel

• You have a valid forklift licence (SUVA-recognised), are physically fit, and are keen to pitch in yourself when needed

• You think outside the box, work independently and in a structured way, are flexible and reliable - and taking responsibility is second nature to you
