To support our campus operations and contribute to the daily experience of our students and staff, we are currently looking for a :

Kitchen Chef 

Main duties and Responsibilities :

• Oversee and ensure the smooth daily operation of the kitchen
• Supervise the purchase, delivery, storage of all equipment and supplies in accordance with the school’s standards
• Lead and supervise daily food production and coordinate operational activities with the kitchen team
• Ensure the smooth running of stewarding operations in collaboration with the service team
• Maintain strong coordination and communication with the restaurant and outlets service teams
• Ensure the consistent production of high-quality food for students, staff, and visitors within the allocated budget, while maintaining a safe and clean working environment

Requirements :

• Degree in a culinary school as a Cook (Professional Certificate or equivalent),
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Head Chef OR 5 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie 
• Creative team player with strong organizational and leadership skills
• Fluent in French and English written and spoken
