Course Instructor / Trainer for Toyota and Lexus
Your tasks
- Design, planning and implementation of product & experience training for all Toyota and Lexus sales/service partners, in German and French
- Development & adaptation of training materials (product guide, e-learning, e-guide etc.)
- Production of training videos, tutorials etc.
- Internal further training according to the offer from Toyota Motor Europe
- Travel activities to attend training sessions at home and abroad
Your profile
- Further education with a higher professional certificate (commercial/product management/
marketing/business administration), ideally combined with several years of professional experience in the automotive industry - Experience in training or adult education / further education in the pedagogical field
- Very good German and French skills as well as good English skills
- You have good IT skills (especially PowerPoint, AI assistants) and experience with image/video editing programmes and digital learning formats
- You are a communicative, team-oriented personality with a solution-oriented, independent and structured way of thinking and working
- High social competence with a convincing and confident appearance
