About the job

Casa Depuoz is a social institution serving children, adolescents and adults with special learning and care needs. In our residential home for adults, we care for and support around 45 residents across five residential groups in Trun, in our Soldanella residential home in Sedrun, as well as in our studios.

From 1 January 2027, we are seeking a committed individual as Team Leader, 80% position in the adult day structure in Trun

Responsibilities:

Leadership, planning and organisation of the day structure, in which all residents of the various residential groups can participate
Leadership, planning and organisation of the care team of 5 employees in the day structure
Shaping everyday life according to recognised social pedagogical and nursing principles
Collaboration with all staff involved in the support process
Supervision and promotion of interns and trainees
Participation in the adult team leaders' committee (5 residential groups, night watch, 1 employment group, including Soldanella residential home in Sedrun)
Participation in cross-group and cross-departmental centre activities

We expect:

Completed training in social pedagogy, FaBe or nursing and professional experience including completed team leader training or willingness to complete this training
Motivation in dealing with and appreciation of people with disabilities
Appropriate action competence, leadership skills, organisational talent and structured thinking
Personal resilience and flexibility
Team and conflict management skills
Creativity, manual skills and openness to new things
