Employee Control Centre Returns 80%

Our client Galexis AG in Niederbipp operates in pharmaceutical logistics and is looking for an employee to support the returns department.

Your Tasks

As part of a small, motivated team, you will process customer returns (including narcotics) and carry out quality checks. You will manage customer data in the system and ensure compliance with GDP regulations (Good Distribution Practice).

Requirements

• Very good German skills (level C1)
• Good user knowledge of Windows / MS Office
• Experience in the logistics environment and ideally a basic medical or pharmaceutical education (not mandatory) or a commercial apprenticeship

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 3:30 pm to approximately 11:00 pm, with a few Saturday shifts.
