Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, an established company in property management with a strong presence in the Zurich agglomeration and Central Switzerland, we are seeking an experienced individual to manage a diverse residential and commercial portfolio.
In this position, you take full responsibility for your properties and act as the central interface between owners, tenants, internal specialist departments and external service providers. You can expect an independent specialist role with high personal responsibility, short decision-making paths and a professional team in the background.
Responsibilities:
You independently and comprehensively manage your own portfolio of residential and commercial properties
You are the first point of contact for owners, tenants, craftsmen and authorities
You are responsible for letting, re-letting, tenancy agreements and vacancy management
You coordinate maintenance and repair measures in collaboration with construction management and external partners
You work closely with the property accounting department and ensure proper management
Qualifications:
You hold the Swiss Federal Certificate in Property Management or a comparable qualification
You have several years of experience in managing residential properties
You are well versed in Swiss tenancy law and act in a solution-oriented manner
You communicate professionally, reliably and service-oriented with various stakeholders
You have very good German and good English skills.
