Desired profile
- Bar exam, licence or master’s degree in law and demonstrate sufficient practical knowledge for the role
- The Council is looking for a person with experience in the judiciary and conciliation as well as in project management.
- Active citizenship at the cantonal level. Foreign nationals must hold a settlement permit and have been domiciled in the canton for at least five years. Candidates must not be subject to bankruptcy proceedings, nor have been criminally convicted for acts incompatible with the role
- Fluency in French with very good knowledge of German
- Place of work: Mobile judicial unit
