About the job
The outpatient hearing services include the Pediatric Audiology Service (PAD), the Audiopedagogical Service (APD), as well as counseling for the hard of hearing and deaf (BFSUG), which work closely together within the competence center.
To lead and further develop our pediatric audiology offerings, we are looking for a committed individual starting June 1, 2026, or by arrangement. The PAD is currently in a phase of development and expansion, especially regarding services for adolescents and adults.

Your tasks
Leadership of the Pediatric Audiology Service (PAD)
Personnel management and development of a growing, interdisciplinary team
Ensuring high-quality audiological services
Further development of offerings, especially in the area of adolescents and adults
Planning of resources, capacities, and infrastructure
Collaboration with internal and external partners (APD, BFSUG, schools, ENT, canton, disability insurance)
Your qualifications
University degree in audiology, hearing acoustics, medicine, therapy, or related fields
Leadership experience and enthusiasm for building and further developing structures and offerings
Solid understanding of audiological issues
Interest in working in an interdisciplinary environment (pedagogy, counseling, medicine)
Entrepreneurial thinking as well as structured working methods and motivation to shape
