CNC Polymechanic (m/f/d)

For our client, we are looking for an experienced and committed CNC polymechanic. In this varied position, you are responsible for the independent setup and operation of CNC machines and manufacture precise individual and series parts. You work independently and actively contribute to the quality and optimisation of production processes.

Your Tasks

• Create, adjust and optimise CNC programmes
• Independent setup and operation of CNC machines
• Manufacture of precise individual and series parts
• Check the manufactured workpieces with suitable measuring instruments
• Documentation and assurance of the required quality
• Optimisation of manufacturing processes and production workflows
• Collaboration in the implementation of technical improvements

Your Profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in CNC machining
• Good knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc or Heidenhain
• Confident handling of machines, tools and measuring instruments
• Technical understanding and strong quality awareness
• CAM knowledge is an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts
• Independent, precise and reliable working style
• Team spirit and high commitment
