About the job
For our day clinic in Aarau, the Centre for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Outpatient (ZPPA) with a focus on psychotherapy and work integration, we are looking for you from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement as
Tasks
- You accompany and care for adult patients from the entire psychiatric diagnostic spectrum within the reference person system and work closely with the psychotherapeutic case management
- You independently or co-lead group therapies
- You work independently and actively engage in the interdisciplinary team
- You actively contribute to the further development of the therapeutic offer and the team culture
Profile
- You have completed training as a qualified nurse
- You bring clinical experience in the partial or full inpatient sector; knowledge in social psychiatry and work integration is an advantage
- You have experience in independently leading or co-leading group therapies
- You work in a structured and independent manner and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration
- You convince through pronounced social skills, reliability and high capacity for reflection
- You are confident in handling common IT applications
