Your Tasks
- You develop, implement, and evaluate the role of the APN Lung Cancer Center based on evidence-based and common practice and the existing Advanced Practice concept at KSA
- You advise patients, relatives, and the interprofessional team as an oncology specialist in the lung tumor center
- You create and update specialized SOPs, instructions, and concepts in collaboration with specialist/nursing experts and other professional groups
- You develop strategic directions in the lung cancer center together with the nursing development management
- You prepare internal and external audits before and after
- You participate in internal and external audits and represent nursing
- You are part of the competence team/ANP oncology team and work closely with the medical service of the lung tumor center as well as other interfaces
- You work in both inpatient and outpatient settings and accompany patients throughout the entire disease continuum
Your Profile
- Several years of professional experience in oncology and/or surgery with patients with lung tumors
- Master of Science in Nursing or currently studying
- Interest in an APN role, its development, and the necessary interprofessional collaboration
- Professional appearance and enthusiasm for further developing the specialties in an interprofessional team
